Welcome to Animal House
Options for the bored and tools for the creative. We built a place where builders have room to work and their friends have somewhere to actually enjoy themselves while they do. A furry-themed urban city on the Satori mainland that's always growing, always changing, and never quite finished.
You won't see it all in one visit.
Animal House occupies the entire mainland region of Meyonohk on Satori, one of Second Life's oldest continents, named for the Zen concept of enlightenment. We've spent that real estate on a hand-built urban environment that leans fully into its furry identity, with an open-rez sandbox at its heart that draws builders, scripters, and creators from all over.
The city has a working economy powered by SpoonCoin, our own regional currency. You earn it by showing up — playing games, fixing fire hydrants, picking up trash, or breaking the hydrants. Depends on your mood. Good deeds and bad deeds both pay. You can spend your SpoonCoin at the Linden General rewards store, set bounties on people through the AHPD, or just let it stack up as proof you were here. The HUD, the police department, the economy — it all connects in ways that make even an idle afternoon feel like it counts.
FURSEC has it covered.
Animal House operates its own private military arm, FURSEC. Think of them as the city's security force, operating alongside the AHPD with a culture and presence all their own. The kind of outfit that makes you feel watched even when nothing's happening. Which is usually exactly when something is about to.
Animal House runs a light hand when it comes to moderation. Good faith is assumed before anything else, and we try to make room for as many different kinds of people as we can. A community with builders, socialites, roleplayers, and visitors from across the world is always going to be interesting. FURSEC keeps the peace. Mostly.
A whole lot to explore
Four regions. One community.
Animal House isn't just Meyonohk. We've expanded in every direction and each piece connects back to the city by road. All land across all four regions is group-owned.
Our land in Hewes connects Animal House directly to Satori's Route 8, one of the continent's main Linden-built roads and a well-travelled artery for explorers and road-trippers crossing the mainland. Right off the road you'll find Haffle Smack (waffles worth fighting for) with parking, and just beyond that the entrance into the city. Our commercial strip mall is here too, directly accessible from Route 8. A GTFO hub is planned for this area as city infrastructure grows.
The residential parcels are in Minchau to the north, connected to the city via road. Damage is off here, quiet neighbourhood feel while still being a short drive from everything Animal House has to offer. We're actively expanding this area so availability changes regularly.
Our eastern land in Kiniski reaches the water, giving Animal House its own working port. The Port of AH has its own docks and port authority building, a gateway to the Satori coastline and everything the mainland waterways have to offer.
The heart of it all. A full open-rez sandbox at the center of everything. Downtown studio apartments on Flamingo Circle for those who want to wake up in the city. More to discover than we can list.
