A laid-back suburban neighborhood where you can actually decompress, while still being a short drive from the city and everything in it.

If you'd rather be in the middle of it, the studio apartments on Flamingo Circle put you right downtown. You're on the roundabout with fishing across the street, the Slobbrary next door, and the sandbox in your backyard. Damage is on out here.

Either way you're added to the land group, which means you can set Animal House as your home point. When damage is active and you die in the city, you come back here instead of wherever across the grid. Visitors don't get that.
